I don’t just have a morning ritual because I also enjoy a cup of coffee after work but don’t need the caffeine. It’s part of my daily ritual. At a time when I want to slow down, it has smooth taste and a gentle aftertaste. It has that crema layer on top I like. I typically make it in my French press. It’s great for after dinner too.
