What I enjoy most about The First Light – Espresso Blend is how rich and smooth it feels and tastes. The crema, which is the part I enjoy the most, is easily noticeable. It gives the coffee a velvety, smooth texture and a real sense of freshness. I also like the aftertaste. I make it in my Moka pot (stove-top espresso maker) or my French press, which is an important part of my morning ritual.
