At AM Ritual, we’re committed to getting freshly roasted coffee into your hands—and into your ritual—as quickly as possible. All orders are roasted to order and shipped either the same business day or the following business day.
Shipping options vary based on your location and are presented at checkout so you can choose what works best for you. At this time, we ship exclusively within North America.
As an Ottawa-based coffee brand, we’re proud to offer a premium local pickup option for our Ottawa community. Simply enter your postal code at checkout to see if your address qualifies.
If you select local pickup, please note this order method takes approximatley 1 week before your coffee is roasted and ready.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Because freshness matters, exchange requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be accommodated.
